Refund Policy - the basics

1. A PIXEL Computer can be returned for a full refund within 14 days after the package arrives at your house and the return fee will be free with no extra cost. Shipping costs will be on us with a money-back guarantee.

2. If your PIXEL Computer unit is delivered as damaged, you are able to get a full refund once the package is returned to us within 14 days after delivery.

3. You will be given a mailing tracking number provided by the PIXEL team when your PIXEL Computer is ready to be shipped. Process of fulfilling orders and shipping of any PIXEL Computer could take up to 2-3 weeks.

4. Before returning your PIXEL Computer, describe to us what condition it is in before returning so we can try and understand the problem and diagnose the issue before anything happens.
